Projects we envision developing in the near future …

Indigenous enterprises designed to solve some of our major environmental issues around land and water management.

From listening to and learning from Elders we have come to know that they hold solutions, which are Earth sensitive, sensible and cost effective.

These enterprises will be established within the community networks that already exist. Every step of the formation of these enterprises, be they corporate entities or organisations, and the execution of their purpose will be with the advice of the local Custodial Elders. They will be managed by local Indigenous people.

Elders with this knowledge and know-how, will serve as advisors. They will decide what to impart and when and to whom. Management personnel can be supported to learn about business management from successful businessmen and women who are sensitive to and respectful of cultural ways. Personnel Managers will be Aboriginal people who know, from their culture and their life skills, about managing their own people. Staff can learn from the Custodial Elders and from courses, that will support their skill development.
