With all our projects the Earth Trust is committed to working respectfully in bringing together ancient knowledge with current scientific research on environmental issues.

‘A Vision for Australia: Living with renewed respect for the natural environment’ is a documented record of the voices of traditional custodians of Australia and others, known for their contribution to life here in this country and to the world at large. This production of diverse perspectives will serve to inspire and inform the wider community.

‘Land and People’ links Aboriginal people with mainstream environmental initiatives and supports Aboriginal enterprise development, eco tourism and the preservation and sharing of cultural heritage. It connects Indigenous wisdom with scientific knowledge of ways of working with the Land.

‘Ways and Ways’ consists of guidelines for respectful, effective communication and consultation with Aboriginal Elders and Indigenous community peoples in Australia. It is being developed in consultation with Indigenous Elders. The guidelines will be used to consult with the custodians of the land and waters, so enhancing our environmental work.
